*** PLEASE INCLUDE ID #10153 IN SUBJECT LINE WHEN POSTING***Responsible For Inbound and Outbound Freight Receive all Class I materials from the factory Receive all Class I materials from ProFab Organize warehouse to receive equipment. This may include designating where each job goes when the trailer arrives: e.g. Bay 1, Rack A, ect. Receives Class II materials Do a Post Goods Receipt on all Class I & Class II items received in SAP Maintain PO logs of all UPS/FedEx shipments Match packing lists to purchase orders. Maintain Open PO and Closed PO logs.Working with the IC to Order Class II Stock. Order Class II stock for warehouse Work with IC to order Class II material for jobs Receive Class II materials *Cannot receive their own Class II Purchase Orders. Responsible for matching Class II material with jobs Put Class II stock into the correct storage location Maintain proper stock levels and control inventory Communicate with CM/IC/SM for all received inventory items so that the departments can schedule installs/service calls. Put the Class II part number on the partsClass III Order and maintain all Class III items. Distribute Class III items per branch policy to technicians. This may include receiving back drill bits, saw blades, ect. before distributing replacements. Sharpen bits ( if applicable ). Store all Class III materials in a secure area. Receive Class III materials *Cannot receive their own Class III Purchase Orders.Glass Deliveries Receive glass into warehouse Do a Post Goods Receipt on all glass deliveries Sort glass by job and store until neededPulling and Staging Jobs Review Installation schedule board with CM and/or IC Review job with CM/IC for correct material (check to see if any misc. material is needed such as transformers, bridge rectifiers, ect.) Pull all Class I & Class II materials listed on the order. Stage all materials together for each job so the installation team can load it into their vehicles. Attach all paperwork including the Job Completion Sheet to the job. Review all materials with the installer when they are picking up the job so that no items are forgotten or left behind. Have the installer review the job to see that he has all misc. equipment needed for the installation. Have the installer sign off that he received all the equipment listed for that job. Put a copy of the sign off sheet in the folder. Help load equipment onto the installation vehicle. Shipping/Delivering Jobs To Site or Remote Locations Review the schedule board with the CM/IC for jobs that need to be shipped in advance of the installation to remote sites. Load door equipment onto pallets for pickup and delivery to remote sites. Attach paperwork with outbound job Shipping and packaging parts for service techs. Work with CM/IC for pickup of equipment to remote site. This would include tracking the shipments. Deliver jobs or parts when required Notify Furnish Only Customers that their job is shipping (Branch Specific Duty) Check Inbound Deliveries for damage and file/process any claimsCores Return Stanley electronic cores to Jack Karrick Return Stanley mechanical cores to the factory Track and return Class II cores to Door Controls for items purchased thru them Send mechanical equipment to Seneca Process Out Of Box Failures with the factory Once the replacement OBF part is received, return the original to the factory Maintain RMA Tags & Supply TechsSafety Program Ensure stock of safety glasses, hart hats, ear plugs, dust masks. Work with CM/IC/SM to ensure all techs have the proper safety items. Distribute safety items when requested. Maintain MSDS BinderTools Work with CM/SM to purchase tools. Tools should be purchased on the appropriate Pro-Card for tools. Send repairable tools to a local repair shop when cost effective Distribute and track specialty tools such as rental lifts, lasers, core drills, ect.In House Fabrication Cut down Headers when needed Fabricate Headers when needed Cut down door packages to proper size when needed Custom fabrication when needed Disassemble and reassemble packages going to the painter.Maintain warehouse Keep warehouse clean and orderly Dispose of waste and scrap according to company policies.Physical Inventory Assist CM in preparing for inventory. All parts should be stored in sequential part number (whenever possible) Storage locations should be locked Maintain proper inventory levels of Class II & Class III, do not over order Assist in physical inventory, including counts and organize parts Identify Excess & Obsolete inventory and work with the CM/SM for disposal per company policy Track and work with CM/IC to minimize/eliminate orphan materials Assist with organizing branch training programsQualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent 3-5 years related experience preferred Knowledge of SAP preferred Knowledge of Word and Excel, and basic computer skills required Must be capable of lifting medium to heavy materials Basic carpentry skills requiredGeneral Full time warehouse position responsible for shipping and receiving, inventory management, assisting Installation Coordinator and Service Manager in staging jobs, keeping the warehouse neat and tidy, managing service and installation parts inventories, prepping headers, delivering material to job sites among other duties. *** PLEASE INCLUDE ID #10153 IN SUBJECT LINE WHEN POSTING***
